What are credits?
Credits are the currency of Love for Physics. Every AI feature you use costs a small number of credits — for example, asking a simple doubt costs 5 credits, while getting a step-by-step derivation costs 25. You receive credits when you subscribe (monthly allowance) or buy a Pay As You Go pack. Subscription credits refresh every month on your renewal date.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits (from monthly plans) do not roll over — any unused credits expire at the end of your billing month. This keeps pricing fair and predictable. Pay As You Go credits, however, never expire and stay in your account until you use them.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you switch, the new plan's credit allowance takes effect from your next renewal date. We do not prorate mid-cycle — you keep your current plan's credits until they expire, then the new plan kicks in.
Is there a refund policy?
We do not offer refunds on subscriptions or Pay As You Go packs once purchased — all sales are final. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using credits you've purchased, reach out to us at support@loveforphysics.in and we'll make it right.
